2. Who do you serve?

We welcome:

Eligibility is based on stability, independence, and willingness to follow house guidelines.

Residents receive:

  • Safe, drug-free environment

  • Transportation support

4. Do you provide medical or personal care?

No. We are a non-medical independent living program. Residents must be able to care for themselves but may receive services from outside providers.

5. Can individuals with disabilities or mental health conditions apply?

Yes—if they can live independently with outpatient support from their care team.

6. How long can someone stay?

There is no maximum stay. Residents may remain long-term as long as rules are followed and rent is paid on time.

7. How much does housing cost?

Rates vary by room type and location. Pricing will be shared during the intake process or referral call.

8. Do you accept agency referrals?

Yes. We accept referrals from:

  • Case managers

  • Hospitals

  • Behavioral health programs

  • Veterans organizations

  • Community agencies

  • Self-referrals

9. How quickly can someone move in?

Placement typically can occur within 24–48 hours when rooms are available.

10. Payment accepted:

  • Private Pay

  • Government Assistance

  • Third-Party Payment

11. Requirement:

  • Proof of Income

  • Background Check

  • Ability to live independently
